Live Sales are a streaming video sale where we showcase products for you to buy. We love shopping on a live! It’s like hanging out with hundreds of your best friends all at once - how cool is that!?!
When a Live Sale begins you will have a couple different ways to engage.
From the thestreakinhealys Facebook page & VIP group, when we go live to purchase an item you will need to comment sold, including the identifier, size, color on your comment. Below is an example of the correct format.

WAITLIST DURING A LIVE SALE
If your item is waitlisted don't get discouraged! Lots of people will add to their cart and wait until the end of the live to decide which items they actually want. All items added to cart are available for 2 hours only until they expire. If you decide to pass on the item the next customer in line will have a chance to buy!

If you want to know when a live sale is coming up, you can check thestreakinhealys's Facebook and Instagram pages. We'll provide advanced notice so you can plan to be there for all the amazing styles you love!
IF YOU COMMENT & DO NOT RECEIVE A MESSAGE :
If you comment and do not receive a message, try commenting again. Make sure you are commenting in the correct format. Our system will not recognize a comment that is not typed or formatted correctly. If you are commenting correctly and still not getting messages, head over to leelaandlavender.commentsold.com to check your cart.
HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?
Preorder styles are pieces that are available for order before they arrive to our warehouse. These styles can take weeks and sometimes longer depending on the manufacturing process.
If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following:
Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships.
We add estimated manufacturer shipment details for Preorders on the Product Page in the description when available.
If a date is listed on the Product Page, this is an approximate date provided by our manufacturer. We are only able to update this information when it is provided to us.
We do our best to communicate as much information as available for Preorders. There can be thousands of orders for each style, and it is not possible to contact each customer individually, as much as we would like to.
If you do not see an update, we do not have any further information at this time.
Once the style arrives to our warehouse, it will be inventoried and prepared for shipment. You will receive an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

WHAT DOES AUTHORIZING MY CARD MEAN?
When you choose to authorize a card, you are giving CommentSold permission to charge your card and place an order if the item goes in your cart or comes back into stock. CommentSold does not charge the card before this time. This includes if an item is restocked.
HOW TO AUTHORIZE YOUR CARD?
To Authorize your card, click “Be First on Waitlist”
Another window will pop up that looks like this:
You must authorize your card for each individual item, or you can enable “Comment Charge”, which will automatically authorize your card for anything that comes in to your cart.
Coupons and Discount Codes:
Sales and coupon codes are run exclusively through comment sold. Coupons for leelaandlavender.com website, including order coupons & discount codes, can not be applied to Comment Sold orders.
Once something is in your cart and you are ready to check out, you can enter an eligible coupon code at the bottom of your “Order Summary”
Gift Cards can not be applied to Comment Sold Orders. Leela And Lavender gift cards are separate from comment sold and the carts are separate. Comment sold items are different than what is sold on the website so you cannot comine your cart together. Discount codes do not work on Comment sold.
If you are trying to apply a coupon code to an item that is on your waitlist rather than in your cart, you will receive a notice that the coupon code is not valid.
You can authorize your card and use a coupon code during the sale by entering the code when you authorize.
If the item goes in to your cart during the time that the coupon is active, you will pay the discounted price. If the item goes in to your cart after the coupon has expired, you will pay the pre-sale price. Items must be un-authorized after the sale if you do not want to pay full price.

Authorizations and Restocks:
If your card is authorized for an item and a price increase is needed to reorder the item, the increased price will be the price you will be charged, not the original price as authorized. If you do not wish to pay the new price after the authorization goes through and your order is processed, you will have until the end of that business day (5PM CST) to email [email protected] and cancel your order. Any attempts to cancel your order after that will be invalid and the standard Comment Sold return policy will apply.

WHY DID MY COMMENT SOLD ITEM/ORDER GET CANCELLED?
If you are checking out through Comment Sold there may be a system delay that can result in the possibility of an item becoming sold out. Even though it shows you purchased the item, the item may need to be cancelled.
